       1.  What is shoperkart app?

Answer: Shoperkart is a mobile app for small sellers and traders looking to expand their business reach in local area or market through digital platforms or mobile.

       2. Who can register on the app?

Answer: Any individual, shopkeeper, trader, wholesaler, service providers (referred to as the seller) who is looking to expand their business reach within their respective area can register on the app for the purpose of providing door to door delivery services.

       3. How to download the app?

Answer: The seller can download the app from google play store link http://bit.ly/shoperkart.

       4. What all details are required to register on the app?

Answer: The seller needs to provide a valid phone no, store or shop name, address to open the store on the app.

       5. Can the store details such as address be changed?

Answer: Yes, the seller can edit or change the address, contact number, etc in the future easily.

       6. Who shall provide delivery services in case of the essential commodity?

Answer: The delivery service shall be provided by the seller.

       7. Where can you sell your products?

Answer: The products can be sold in the local area or anywhere within the city.

       8. How many categories and products can be listed?

Answer: The seller can create or opt for any number of categories and products in the shoperkart app.

       9. Can a product be added or deleted?

Answer: The seller can add any number of products at any given point in time. The seller can delete the product at any given point in time.

      10. Can the product availability be made out of stock?

Answer: The seller can make the stock zero due to the non-availability of certain items temporarily. Once the stock is procured, the stock can be added again and the product shall be visible to the customer.

       11. Can the store or products be promoted through the app?

Answer: The seller can promote the products and services through the app on WhatsApp, messages and email free of cost through the inbuilt share option. The sellers can share information related to products and offers easily from the app to their target audience.

       12. What all details are required for the listing of products?

Answer: The seller needs to provide a photograph of the product (minimum 1 and maximum 4), Product Name, Product Description, Expiry Date, MRP, Selling Price, Quantity, Stock, and special offer if any.

       13. Is it possible to edit the details of the product listing?

Answer: Once the product is listed, the seller can edit the details such as offer price, product description, offers, etc in the future as well.

       14. Can the seller track order through the app?

Answer: The sellers can track and process the orders received through the app and mark them out for delivery or delivered.

       15. Can the seller contact the customer for any query?

Answer: The seller can call the customer through the app in case of any query or concerns regarding the order.

       16. How can the seller notify the launch of the new products to their target audience?

Answer: The customers or target audience can be notified through message, Whatsapp, email, etc upon launch of a new product through the inbuilt feature of the app.

       17. Can the seller provide offers on products?

Answer: The seller can add or delete offers on the products being offered for sale. The seller can mention the MRP and the selling price being offered.

      18. Does the app support quantity management?

Answer: The seller can mention the quantity of the item being sold on the app. For example – Rice 1 Kg Pack or 5 Kg Pack etc.

      19. Does the app support stock management?

Answer: The seller needs to mention the total stock of the item being sold in the app. Once the threshold is reached, the seller is notified for the same.
